24 hrs Refund & Exchange Timeframe: You have only 24 hours from receiving your order to request a refund or exchange:
- Discounted or Sale items can be exchanged only— no refund once courier leaves. You are entitled to one exchange per product or store credit.
-  Full price items can be refunded within the 24 hour time frame except for clothing and accessories they are final sale once courier leaves. 

“TRY BEFORE YOU BUY”  POLICY - You can inspect your item(s) while courier waits.  If it’s not suitable, you only pay the shipping fees.
